International breeze at the yearly Satie Competition 2025!

A heartfelt thank you for the outstanding performances at the eighth Satie Competition, 2025!
For the first time in the competition’s history, we experienced jazz performances, four-part choral singing, and four-hand piano – a true feast for the senses! This year’s edition offered an impressive diversity, with participants from Sweden, Germany, and England enriching us with a wealth of beautiful works and musical gems. It is a joy to witness the passion and enthusiasm with which the next generation embraces French music – and especially how they create fantastic and imaginative arrangements that breathe new life into the repertoire.
